When preparing for a photoshoot, it is helpful to know some additional information about the property. Is it on a lockbox? Are there pets? Will you be meeting the realtor or will the homeowner be there? You can set up questions like these for your shopping cart to be asked during the client's ordering process.
How to add project detail questions
Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:
Step 1: Click the Business tab
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab
Step 3: Click "Create Your First Project Detail Question"
Step 4: Enter in your Question to Ask
Step 5: Choose Type of Answer; Yes/No, Text, or List
Step 6: Choose Answer Requirement; Optional or Required
Step 7: Choose to ask question every time or for certain products
Step 8: If asking for certain products, check the products that require this question
Step 9: Click "Save Updates"

Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Project Details Question section and click the "Create Your First Project Detail Question" button.
Step 4: Enter in your Question to Ask.
Step 5: Choose your Type of Answer. Yes/No will provide checkbox selection for either Yes or No. Text will allow your clients to type in their answer. List will allow you to create a list of options for your client to choose from.
Step 6: Choose your Answer Requirement. Optional allows the client to proceed with the order without answering. Required makes the client answer the question prior to being able to place their order.
Step 7: Choose whether you want the question to be asked every time or only when certain products are ordered.
Step 8: If you select to only ask this question when certain products are ordered, check the products that you would like this question to be asked for in the Products That Trigger This Question section.
Step 9: Click "Save Updates" to create your project detail question.
