If you find that you simply need to send photos to your client without the need for a full property site, you can create a delivery site. You can set a balance owed, schedule, and assign to a team member without going through the full shopping cart process.
How to create a delivery site
Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:
Step 1: Go to Dashboard tab
Step 2: Click "New Real Estate Site"
Step 3: Enter in property address
Step 4: Select the Client
Step 5: Choose "Basic Delivery Site"
Step 6: Enter in Balance Owed
Step 7: Enter in shoot date/time
Step 8: Select Team Member and enter pay
Step 9: Add any notes
Step 10: Click "Create New Site"
Step 11: Upload photos to Site Media
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click the Dashboard tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: In the Quick Start section, click the "New Real Estate Site" button.
Step 3: Enter the property address in either the Quick Search or Full Address box.
Step 4: In the Client drop-down menu, select the client that this property site is for.
Step 5: In the Order Type section, select "Basic Delivery Site".
Step 6: Enter in a Balance Owed for the order and check whether you want payment required to access the photos or not.
Step 7: Enter in a Shoot Date and Time for the photoshoot.
Step 8: Enter in how much to pay your team member for the order and select the Assigned Team Member from the drop-down menu.
Step 9: Enter in any private notes that you may need for the photographer or yourself.
Step 10: Click the "Create New Site" button.
Step 11: You will be taken directly to the Site Media page to upload photos.
