After your client has placed their photography order and you have taken the photos, you will need to upload the photos into the property site. This will give your client access to their photos whether they are activating the property site or not.
How to upload property photos
Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:
Step 1: Click the Dashboard tab
Step 2: Click the property address
Step 3: Click the Site Media tab
Step 4: Click "Upload a File"
Step 5: Select the photos to upload
Step 6: Rearrange photos, if needed
Step 7: Complete order
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click the Dashboard tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Scroll down to the Needs to be Completed section and click the address for the property that you need to upload photos to.
Step 3: Click the Site Media tab on the left-hand side.
Step 4: In the Site Media section, click "Upload a File".
Step 5: Select the photos from your computer to be uploaded. Note: JPG is best - PNG and GIF are also supported.
Step 6: If needed, you can rearrange the photos once they are uploaded by dragging and dropping them. Note: select multiple photos by ctrl+clicking multiple photos at once OR lasso selecting multiple photos.
Step 7: Complete the photography order and send a completion notification to your client. Click here for steps on how to do that.
