Dropbox integration with HDPhotoHub is an excellent tool to have in your arsenal. While you can upload photos directly into HDPhotoHub, integrating your Dropbox is great if you work with a photo editor where you send them photos via Dropbox and they deliver back to you via Dropbox. By allowing us to pull the photos directly into property sites from Dropbox folders, you could be saving yourself precious time.

Watch the video below for a demo:
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the App Integration tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: In the Cloud Storage section, click "Authorize My Account" for the DropBox integration.
Step 4: You will be prompted to log in to your Dropbox account.
Step 5: You will be asked to allow HDPhotoHub access to files and folders in your Dropbox account. Click "Allow".
Step 6: If you would like us to, we can create folders in your Dropbox account for all preparing sites. To enable this, click the Create Empty Folders drop-down menu and select "Create Folders for All Preparing Sites". Then select which folder you would like the empty site folders created in.
Step 7: In the Media Upload Folders section, choose what you would like the Media Upload Folder Name to be. If you don't know what the Media Upload Folder is, click here to learn more.
Step 8: In the Media Upload Folder Message box, enter in a message that you would like to appear on the Media Upload Folder page. This will be visible to your team members and is optional.
Step 9: In the 'Link to Media Upload Folder' drop-down menu, choose where you would like the Media Upload Folder to be accessible from. This can be the Site Media page, the Task Assigned email, both, or none.
Step 10: In the 'Allow Large File Upload' drop-down menu, choose whether you would like to allow your team members to upload large files or not. If you choose 'No', your team members won't be able to upload files larger than 150MB.
Step 11: For Automatic File Importing, select the folder that you would like us to monitor for the completed photos.
Step 12: Choose the folder keyword that you would like us to look for to know when those photos are ready for importing. That means that when photos are within that keyword folder, our system will pick that up and import the photos into the corresponding property site. Note: we recommend moving photos to a "Done" sub-folder so that you know the photos have been uploaded/imported to HDPhotoHub.
Step 13: At this point, you can create a test property site to ensure your Dropbox integration is properly set up.
