The Client Referral Program allows you to incentivize your current client base to spread the word about your business and give them a reward when the new agent makes their first purchase. Once the new client places an order using a referral code and you have purchased Delivery Only or the Marketing Kit for that property, the referring client will receive an account credit. This helps you expand your business and also gives your client a boost for talking about your amazing offerings!
How to use the client referral program
Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:
Step 1: Click the Business tab
Step 2: Click the Default Settings tab
Step 3: Scroll to Billing Options
Step 4: Select Referral Program
Step 5: Set Client Referral Amount
Step 6: Check "Allow On Account Funds to be Redeemed"
Step 7: Click "Save Changes"
Step 8: Go to Client tab and search
Step 9: Access client account
Step 10: See referral code on Dashboard page

Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click on the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Default Settings tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Billing Options section.
Step 4: On the Client Referrals drop-down menu, select "Referral Program".
Step 5: In the Client Referral Amount box, enter in the amount that you want your client to receive when they refer a new agent and that agent makes their first purchase.
Step 6: For the Referral Program to work, you need to allow clients to use Account Funds. Click the checkbox next to "Allow On Account Funds to be Redeemed". This will allow them to use the credit amounts they gain by referring other agents to you.
Step 7: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes".
Step 8: Your agents will now see the Referral Program details on their Dashboard page. To see what they see, click the Clients tab at the top of the page and click on a client name.
Step 9: Click "Access Account" to log in as your client. This will take you to their Dashboard page.
Step 10: If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you will see their Referral Program details. Each of your clients will receive a referral code that is unique to them. The Referral Program credits are applied automatically to referring client accounts. You can also see which client referred a new agent by viewing the new agent's Client Summary page. Note: the referral credits will be applied to the referring clients account after you have purchased either Delivery Only or the Marketing Kit for the new client's first property.
