From password reset emails to site completion emails, HDPhotoHub has pre-populated emails ready to go to your clients! These can all be sent with the click of a button. As easy as our pre-populated emails are, we understand the desire to customize to fit your business. Because of this understanding, you have the ability to change these default email messages to fit you.
How to customize default email message
Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:
Step 1: Click the Business tab
Step 2: Click the Email Messages tab
Step 3: Select Email Header image
Step 4: Choose Message Type to edit
Step 5: Change subject, if needed
Step 6: Change message
Step 7: Edit email signature, if needed
Step 8: Click "Save Changes"
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Email Messages tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: In the Email Header section, click the magic wand icon to choose your header image.
Step 4: In the Email Content section, click the drop-down menu and select the email message that you would like to make changes to.
Step 5: Change the verbiage that will appear in the subject line when your client receives the email.
Step 6: In the Message box, you can make changes to the body of the email that will be sent to your client. Note: the changes you make here will be reflected for all of your clients. You don't want to include client names or information in this default email message.
Step 7: If needed, you can also make changes to your email signature that will appear.
Step 8: Click "Save Changes" to update your default email message.
