Order Quick Notes are a great tool for you to use in your fast-paced world! If there are common notes that you add to orders, then you can set these up as quick notes. Quick notes can then be added to orders with the click of a button. Additionally, you can add email notifications for certain quick notes. This is ideal for teams with admins so they know when action needs to be taken on a certain order.
How to use order quick notes
Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:
Step 1: Click the Business tab
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab
Step 3: Click "Create a New Order Quick Note"
Step 4: Fill in Order Quick Note
Step 5: Add notification emails
Step 6: Click "Ok"
Step 7: Access an order
Step 8: Click a quick note button
Step 9: Edit/Delete note, if needed
Step 1: Click on the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click on the Shopping Cart tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Order Quick Notes section. Click the "Create a New Order Quick Note" button.
Step 4: In the Order Quick Note section, fill in what you want the note to display when used on an order.
Step 5: If someone needs to be notified when that quick note is added to an order, include their email address in the Notification Email(s) box. Note: this is ideal for notes that require action. For example, if a client "no show" for an appointment requires a fee to be charged to the client.
Step 6: Click "Ok" to save your quick note.
Step 7: Access a property site with an order on it. Note: quick notes can only be added to properties with orders associated with them. If there is no order then quick notes will not be available.
Step 8: In the Order Notes section, click on one of the quick notes you created to add that note to the order.
Step 9: After a quick note is added, you can edit or delete it if you need to.
