If you have ever been delivering sites or marketing kits and have found yourself out of credits, then you may want to consider setting up auto-charging for credits.  When your credits get low, the system will auto-charge you for credits to allow you to continue working without interruption.  This is especially great for large teams where you have admins delivering sites or purchasing marketing kits.  When your credits run low, they won't have to reach out to you before they are able to continue delivering to clients; saving time for everyone!


How to set up auto-charge for credits


Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:

    Step 1: Click the Business tab

    Step 2: Click the Business Details tab

    Step 3: Scroll to Other Settings

    Step 4: Click Credits Low- Action Point drop-down

    Step 5: Select desired auto-charge level

    Step 6: Click "Save Changes"

    Step 7: Click Payment Types tab

    Step 8: Click "Add a Credit/Debit Card"

    Step 9: Enter credit card info

    Step 10: Click "Ok"

Step-by-step:


Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.



Step 2: Click the Business Details tab on the left-hand side.



Step 3: Scroll down to the Other Settings section.



Step 4: Click the Credits Low- Action Point drop-down menu.



Step 5: Choose your desired auto-charge level.  Note: buying credits in bulk can give you a discount.



Step 6: Click the "Save Changes" button.



Step 7: You will need to have a card on file in order for the auto-charge feature to work.  To add a card to your account, click the Payment Types tab on the left-hand side.



Step 8: Click the "Add a Credit/Debit Card" button.



Step 9: Enter in your credit card information as it appears on your card.



Step 10: Click the "Ok" button to add your card to your account.  You will now be able to auto-charge for credits!
