If you have one, you can add your license for use of photography to make it clear for your clients. This can be added to display on the property sites. Additionally, you can require acknowledgment of the copyright license from your clients before they are able to download the photos.
How to use your copyright license
Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:
Step 1: Click the Business tab
Step 2: Click the Business Details tab
Step 3: Scroll to Copyright License section
Step 4: Add License for Use of Photography
Step 5: Include customized tags, if needed
Step 6: Check to require acknowledgement, if needed
Step 7: Click "Save Changes"
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Business Details tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Copyright License section.
Step 4: In the License for Use of Photography box, enter in your copyright license text.
Step 5: If needed, you can include customized tags that will automatically pull in the property address, client's name, or team member's name. These can further clarify the copyright license for a specific property.
Step 6: Click the checkbox next to "Require Acknowledgement to Download Photos" if you would like to require that your client acknowledge the copyright license prior to downloading the photos. This can ensure that you are covered if claims are later made that they were not aware of the copyright license.
Step 7: Click the "Save Changes" button to add your copyright license.
