Service areas can be used to automate travel fees, to restrict team members to only shooting in certain areas, or to only offer scheduling in areas on certain days of the week. This is a great tool that will save you a lot of time by automating things that you would have previously had to do manually after the order was placed. Note: travel is based on the distance from the team member's home/office to the property, so be sure that each team member has their address filled in on their account.
How to set up service areas
Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:
Step 1: Click the Business tab
Step 2: Click the Service Areas tab
Step 3: Select a Team Member
Step 4: Click "Add a Service Area"
Step 5: Choose Type of Service Area
Step 6: Click "Ok"
Step 7: Fill in service area details
Step 8: Click "Edit" to change boundary
Step 9: Click "Advanced" for scheduling days
Step 10: Repeat for additional service areas

Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Service Areas tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: Select a Team Member to add their service areas. Note: to set up Service Areas, you'll need to enter a complete address first in the Team Member's profile page.
Step 4: Click the "Add a Service Area" button. Note: if you have already created Service Areas for another Team Member, you can copy that Service Area into other Team Members Service Areas for quicker setup.
Step 5: Click the Type of Service Area drop-down menu and choose the one you would like to add.
Step 6: Click the "Ok" button to create your new Service Area.
Step 7: Enter in a Service Area Name, a Base Rate for travel fees, a Per Mile rate for travel fees, and a priority level for the Service Area.
Step 8: In the Edit Boundary column, click the "Edit" button to enable draggable points on the map. After dragging the points to your desired area, click "Done" in the Edit Boundary column.
Step 9: In the Advanced Config column, click the "Advanced" button to choose which days will be available for scheduling in this area. Click the "Save Changes" button to update your day availability.
Step 10: Repeat steps 4 through 9 for additional Service Areas.
