When you allow a client to reschedule their photoshoot, they can see their currently assigned Team Member's availability and reschedule. However, you can now allow them to see all available Team Members! This will be extremely helpful in the case where their assigned Team Member doesn't have the availability that works for them but another Team Member might. Follow the steps below to allow your clients to reschedule with all team members!
How to allow rescheduling with all team members

Step 1: Click the Business tab
Step 2: Click the Default Settings tab
Step 3: Click 'Allow all team members during reschedule'
Step 4: Click 'Save Changes'
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Default Settings tab on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 3: In the Platform Settings section, click the checkbox for 'Allow all team members during reschedule'
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save Changes'.
Now when a client goes to reschedule, they will have an option to 'Check More Photographers'. Note: this view will be dependent upon your cart settings - if you allow the client to choose the Team Member then they will see the list of available Team Members. If you hide Team Members, then they will simply choose a new shoot date and the order will automatically be reassigned.
