Client reviews are vital in shaping your business and propelling success.  They can provide you with valuable insights, as well as, instill confidence in potential clients that you are going to do an excellent job capturing their listing.  With that in mind, we have created an automated 'Leave a Review' email!  This email can be automatically sent to your client after completion of their photoshoot, streamlining your post-photoshoot workflow.  Check out the steps below on how to turn on the 'Leave a Review' email!


Enabling the 'Leave a Review' email


Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:

    Step 1: Click the Business tab

    Step 2: Click the Default Settings tab

    Step 3: Scroll down to Automated Communication

    Step 4: Click 'Leave a Review Email' drop-down

    Step 5: Choose automated send time

    Step 6: Click 'Leave a Review Text Message' drop-down

    Step 7: Choose automated send time

    Step 8: Enter Preferred Review URL for reviews

    Step 9: Click 'Save Changes' 

    


Step-by-step


Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.



Step 2: Click the Default Settings tab on the left-hand side of the page.



Step 3: Scroll down to the Automated Communication section.



Step 4: Click the 'Leave a Review Email' drop-down menu.



Step 5: Choose an automated send time for the email to go to your client. Note: this time frame is based on when you purchase either Delivery Only or the Marketing Kit for your client.  If you choose '1 Day', then the 'Leave a Review' email will send to your client 1 day after you purchase Delivery Only or the Marketing Kit.



Step 6: If you would also like to send this in a text message to your clients, click the 'Leave a Review Text Message' drop-down menu.



Step 7: Choose an automated send time for the text message to go to your client.  Note: this time frame is based on when you purchase either Delivery Only or the Marketing Kit for your client.  If you choose '2 Days', then the 'Leave a Review' text will send to your client 2 days after you purchase Delivery Only or the Marketing Kit.



Step 8: In the Preferred Review URL field, enter in the URL that you would like to direct clients to for leaving their reviews.  This could be your own website, Google reviews, Facebook, etc.



Step 9: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Save Changes' button.  This will turn on the 'Leave a Review' email and begin automatically sending the email and/or text message to your clients. Note: You can disable the Leave a Review emails for a specific client (Client Summary > Advanced Options) or on a particular site (Site Activation > Additional Site Features) if needed.
